Planning Your Visit
What You Need to Know for Your Upcoming Shows
We are thrilled to be able to gather for live theater once again. For the safety of our patrons, staff, cast, and crew, please review the following guidelines and procedures ahead of your next Theatre Exile show.
PROOF OF VACCINATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL
Please have both your vaccination record and ID ready upon check-in. Staff will begin checking vaccination records and tickets 1 hour before showtime in our outdoor courtyard. While we will do our best to prevent a vaccination verification line, there may be a slight delay. See proof of vaccination options below.
Each member of your party must provide proof of vaccination. Patrons who cannot provide proof of vaccination and/or decline to wear a mask will not be granted entry to the building.
From there, you’ll head into our upper lobby to get checked in. Please have your tickets in hand! We will be staggering entry into our upper lobby to prevent large crowds. Should there be a delay getting into the check-in area, we’ll have a waiting area staged in our courtyard.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED INSIDE THE BUILDING
Masks are required throughout the duration of your time in the building and must cover both nose and mouth.
Unfortunately, concessions will not be available since we are requiring masks to be worn indoors at all times. Food and drink are not permitted in the building at this time.
PROOF OF VACCINATION OPTIONS
Physical Vaccination Record: You may provide proof of vaccination by bringing a hard copy of your vaccination card and your driver’s license or ID.
Copies of Records: Theatre Exile will also accept a photocopy or picture of your vaccination record, as well as your driver’s license or ID.
At this time, we are not accepting vaccination records ahead of a performance. Proof must be provided at the door. We are working on a system to note the proof of vaccination for loyal Friends in Exile so that providing proof each time is no longer necessary. Stay tuned for more details as they develop!
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN
We will not be utilizing Will Call this season. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket so that we can complete your contactless check-in in the upper lobby.
The house will open 30 minutes before showtime and we will stagger entry to avoid bottlenecks.
While we will be able to process in-person sales at the door, we strongly encourage purchasing tickets in advance. With just half the capacity of our normal shows, tickets will go fast. Cash sales are allowed, although we strongly recommend electronic payment to ensure a quick and safe process.
We will not provide printed tickets for in-person ticket sales. Patrons can enter the theater once checked.
KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE
We ask that groups of patrons remain at least 6 feet apart from each other.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND COOPERATION
We are working our hardest to make sure we can all safely gather. Your participation in these guidelines is crucial and we are so grateful for your support. Please note that these policies are subject to change based on the recommendations from the CDC and local officials.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at boxoffice@theatreexile.org (we love emails!) or give us a call at 215-218-4022.
