KEA AND THE ARK

From the puppet creator of the Sophie and Giants in the Arden’s BFG and Jeenu of Wolf Play at

Theatre Exile comes the story of a woman who single-handedly built an ark.

Kea and the Ark was commissioned by ArtYard and premiered to sold-out audiences there in

2023. Since then, the show has been presented to enraptured audiences twice at the Kohler

Foundation in Wisconsin in 2023, and to Delaware Contemporary in Wilmington in 2024.

Join us for the Philadelphia premiere! Mundheim’s puppets have been seen in the Arden’s BFG,

Theatre Exile’s Wolf Play, Ballet X’s Sidd: A Hero’s Journey, PA Ballet’s Jungle Book, West

Chester University’s A Long Christmas Ride Home and White Box Theatre’s many original

productions, including its Barrymore award-winning co-production with the Lantern Theater of

A Child’s Christmas in Wales.

… a beautifully crafted, concise performance … SO TIMELY…

… I drove home with a sense of wonder …
